Fill out each application as detailed as possible so we can better understand your project request.

If you choose to cancel a completed project. You may submit a request to cancel your website hosting plan. A website hosting plan is required for each website to keep it online. By canceling your website is then taken offline. Your website is saved and no data is lost when you cancel.

To make a change on your completed website development. You must submit a ticket. Fill out a change request form at the bottom of the support page.

If your website development is currently in development. You must submit a ticket. Fill out a change request form at the bottom of the support page.

A forgotten password can be reset on the login page. At the bottom of the login, fields will display a forgotten password link. Click forgotten password or click here to reset your password. An email will be sent for you to create a new password.

Your Web Hosting plan is required for all websites hosted by TMC WEB SOLUTIONS. Websites can be upgraded for more bandwidth for faster loading speeds for your customers and viewers. You must submit a ticket to upgrade or downgrade your website hosting plan. Click here > to upgrade.

Current Members with an active website and hosting plan must request to cancel your website hosting plan. 

Once your website hosting plan is canceled your account can be deactivated and archived. Once your account is archived you will no longer have access to your website backend management.
